Tiffany Dyar is an experienced leader in business and innovation. Currently, she is the Director of Innovation at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, where she developed the organization’s innovation strategy and spearheads initiatives focused on culture change and innovation.

Prior to her role at the National Registry, Tiffany served as the Executive Director of the Center for Health Innovation & Implementation Science (CHIIS), where she guided health professionals and systems in adopting innovations to improve patient outcomes. She also founded True Scale Marketing & Consulting, providing strategic business and digital marketing services to a diverse range of global clients.
