Jamie has spent his career helping organizations get out of their own way. With deep expertise in workplace culture, conflict resolution, and change systems, he helps leaders see what they’ve been missing, and then do something about it. Jamie has co-authored four books, including the award-winning Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement and Culture Change Made Easy, and his ongoing research helps leaders navigate a world where the maps are becoming increasingly irrelevant. He holds a Master’s in conflict resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he served as adjunct faculty.

Elizabeth Weaver Engel, M.A., CAE, is Chief Strategist at Spark Consulting. For more than 25 years, Elizabeth has helped associations grow in membership, marketing, communications, public presence, and especially revenue, which is what Spark is all about. She speaks and writes frequently on a variety of topics in association management. When she’s not helping associations grow, Elizabeth loves to dance, listen to live music, cook, and garden.
Tiffany Dyar

Tiffany Dyar is a business and innovation consultant and the founder of True Scale Marketing & Consulting, a company she launched in 2017 and continues to lead. Through True Scale, Tiffany delivers strategic business and digital marketing solutions to global clients across technology, retail, healthcare, and nonprofit industries. She has collaborated with over 20 brands, including LVMH and Google.
In addition to her consulting work, Tiffany served as Executive Director of the Center for Health Innovation & Implementation Science (CHIIS), where she guided healthcare professionals and health systems in adopting best practices and innovations to improve patient outcomes. Most recently, she served as Director of Innovation at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, where she developed and launched the organization’s innovation strategy and culture.
