He is the founder of Ocean Vista Advisors, a consulting firm that works exclusively with not-for-profit organizations, specifically professional associations. Much of his consulting relates to DEI, governance, and facilitation of strategic priorities. Rich is also a Vice President of Vetted Solutions, an executive recruitment firm based in Washington, DC whose practice primarily focuses on placing senior level executives in associations and not-fo-profits.
