Previously, he served in a variety of executive roles including Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer for ASAE in Washington, DC for 18 years.

Richard Yep, CAE, FASAE has been part of the association profession for almost forty years. He is the founder of Ocean Vista Advisors, a consulting firm that works exclusively with not-for-profit organizations, specifically professional associations. Much of his consulting relates to DEI, governance, and facilitation of strategic priorities. Rich is also a Vice President of Vetted Solutions, an executive recruitment firm based in Washington, DC whose practice primarily focuses on placing senior level executives in associations and not-fo-profits.
