We Need Your Expertise
Our Business Development Competency Model Working Group is planning to create personal and organizational assessments for association business development. Our team is seeking to identify key knowledge, skills, abilities, and resources to support continued learning throughout the association staff and board. We aim to deliver a framework to help associations gain business development competency for current and future talent development.
Objective
We are currently seeking participants with firsthand insights to join a one-hour focus group with peers who share your role in the association space. Your firsthand insights will help validate and refine our role framework so that it reflects the real-world experience and aspirations of professionals like you.
Our Goal
Our goal is to deliver a practical framework to help associations build business development competencies—both for current needs and future talent development.
