Jen Smith Named Executive Director of PAR

Towson, MD, July 21, 2025 – Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR) is pleased to announce that Jen Smith will step into the role of Executive Director. This leadership transition underscores PAR’s commitment to organizational excellence and continued growth, and—most importantly—serving PAR’s expanding membership.

Since joining PAR in late 2023, Jen has played a central role in advancing the association’s mission, with particular focus on membership engagement, strategic initiatives, and the success of flagship events such as the RevUP Summit and PAR PopUP events. Her ability to foster meaningful connections, develop innovative programming, and guide professional development initiatives has contributed significantly to PAR’s expanding influence within the association community.
