Staying top of mind with customers is an important part of relationship building. Whether it’s members or partners, associations must strike the right balance of keeping in touch and staying connected with those they serve. In this PAR Member Meet-Up, association professionals will share their tips and tactics for staying connected to customers in meaningful ways.

PAR Member Meet-Ups are 30-minute sessions for industry professionals to collaborate on the ideas, skills and solutions our association teams need to move forward. What to bring: current work challenges and ideas to share with our PAR community!
