Jamie is an author, consultant, and culture strategist at PROPEL, where he helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive greater performance and impact. He brings thirty years of experience to his work designing and managing culture, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations. Jamie is the co-author of four popular business books, including the award-winning Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement, and his fall 2023 release, Culture Change Made Easy. He holds a Master’s in conflict resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he serves as adjunct faculty.

Elizabeth Weaver Engel, M.A., CAE, is Chief Strategist at Spark Consulting. For more than 25 years, Elizabeth has helped associations grow in membership, marketing, communications, public presence, and especially revenue, which is what Spark is all about. She speaks and writes frequently on a variety of topics in association management. When she’s not helping associations grow, Elizabeth loves to dance, listen to live music, cook, and garden.
Tiffany Dyar
Director of Innovation
Tiffany Dyar is an experienced leader in business and innovation. Currently, she is the Director of Innovation at the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, where she developed the organization’s innovation strategy and spearheads initiatives focused on culture change and innovation.
Prior to her role at the National Registry, Tiffany served as the Executive Director of the Center for Health Innovation & Implementation Science (CHIIS), where she guided health professionals and systems in adopting innovations to improve patient outcomes. She also founded True Scale Marketing & Consulting, providing strategic business and digital marketing services to a diverse range of global clients.
