Conflict isn’t just about difficult people—it’s a culture and systems problem that quietly slows decisions, stalls innovation, and drags down revenue. In this lively, practical session with culture strategist and author Jamie Notter, you’ll unpack five ways conflict conversations routinely go sideways and why more training won’t fix what your conflict system is breaking. You’ll learn how incentives, metrics, and unspoken norms shape conflict on your teams, and walk away with concrete, immediately actionable changes you can make to turn conflict into a strategic advantage for your association’s growth.
