Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR) Welcomes Five New Leadership Advisory Board Members

Towson, MD, February 6, 2025 – Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR), the leading community dedicated to advancing association business success, is pleased to announce the appointment of five new members to its Leadership Advisory Board. These appointments reflect PAR’s commitment to the role strong leadership serves in pioneering new ideas for association business.

Joining the Leadership Advisory Board are:

  • John Bacon, MBA, VP Enterprise Sales, American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)
  • Dan Cole, Sr Director, Exposition Sales, Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA)
  • Neal Couture, FASAE, CAE, Chief Executive Officer, The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT)
  • Letty Kluttz, Sr VP Membership, Education and Programs, Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC)
  • Robb Lee, Sr VP Integrated Strategy, Yes& Agency

The new board members bring a wealth of experience in executive leadership, business development, membership, and industry partnerships and will play a crucial role in guiding PAR’s strategic initiatives. Their appointments come at a pivotal time as revenue health is increasingly vital to the success and sustainability of associations within the changing economic landscape.

The new board members join Jay Ablondi (Massachusetts Medical Society), Tom Egan (The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies), Karl Ely, CAE (ASAE), Carrie Hartin (MCI USA), Dana Johnston (EMC Outdoor), Sean Soth (Society for Clinical Research Sites) and Nikole TenBrink, MPA, CAE (Advertising Research Foundation) to make up the 12-person Leadership Advisory Board in 2025.
