Amy Mallia is the founder of Mallia Advisory, where she helps growth-stage leadership teams close the gap between strategy and execution. She brings a rare combination of enterprise scale and operational precision: over 29 years at Allegis Group, she helped scale the company to $14 billion global enterprise, progressively leading strategic communication, the project management office, global marketing, and cross-functional execution across multiple business units.

Throughout her career, Amy served as a trusted advisor to C-suite and leadership teams — facilitating strategic planning, driving organizational alignment, and building the internal infrastructure that allowed leaders to execute at scale. She observed firsthand how alignment between executive vision and frontline execution drives revenue, culture, and engagement.

Today, Amy works with leadership teams using her proprietary FOCUS Framework — a structured approach to building the organizational capacity to execute strategy.
