Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR) Welcomes Four New Leadership Advisory Board Members

Towson, MD, January 15, 2026 – Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR), the leading network of association executives advancing revenue and business development excellence, is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Leadership Advisory Board. These appointments reflect PAR's commitment to the role that strong leadership serves in pioneering new ideas for association business.​

Joining the Leadership Advisory Board are:

  • Jeff Cobb, Managing Director, Tagoras, Inc
  • Amy Michalski, MBA, CIP, Chief Business Development Officer, Association for Intelligent Information Management (AIIM)
  • Veronica Diaz, PhD, CAE, Senior Director, Professional Learning and Development, EDUCAUSE

The new board members bring a wealth of experience in executive leadership, business development, membership, and education and will play a crucial role in guiding PAR's strategic initiatives. Their appointments come at a pivotal time as revenue health is increasingly vital to the success and sustainability of associations within the changing economic landscape.​

The new board members join returning members Carrie Hartin (MCI USA), Nikole TenBrink, MPA, CAE (Society for Corporate Governance), Robb Lee (CASE), Dan Cole (AVIXA - Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), Letty Kluttz (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology), John Bacon, MBA (American Society of Association Executives), and Neal Couture, FASAE, CAE (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing) to make up the Leadership Advisory Board in 2026.
