RevUP Your Voice
Step onto the RevUP stage and help define what Revenue Excellence looks like for today’s associations.
We’re calling on association leaders, industry partners, and subject matter experts to bring bold strategies, real-world case studies, and measurable wins that prove how organizations are driving smarter growth, stronger teams, and greater impact.
At RevUP, Revenue Excellence goes beyond the bottom line—it’s about decisive strategy, courageous leadership, and sharp innovation that turn challenges into opportunities and ideas into action.
Breakout sessions will focus on three essential drivers of Revenue Excellence:
Lead
Elevate organizational leadership, empower accountable, high-performing teams, and navigate change with conviction.
Learn
Harness data, emerging technologies, and strategic frameworks to make faster, sharper revenue decisions.
Earn
Create new revenue streams, sharpen business development, and build partnership models that deliver durable growth.
Call for Speakers is now open through May 22, 2026
For questions about your submission, reach out to Jen Smith at jen.smith@mypar.org.

General Guidelines
-
ALL speakers must be named as part of this submission. Please do not submit proposals with placeholders or unnamed co-presenters.
-
Speaking opportunities for Industry Service Providers (agencies, consultants, vendors, etc.) are reserved for current PAR members. Non-member Industry Service Providers are not eligible to speak.
-
Industry Service Providers are encouraged, but not required, to co-present with an association or media brand contact. Commercial bias is not acceptable in session pitches or session content. Proposals must demonstrate a compelling, authentic session description with practical, actionable takeaways—no sales pitches.
-
Speaker applicants and sessions must respect all applicable intellectual property rights.
Submissions
-
During the open call for speakers, all submissions must be received through the Call for Speakers form.
-
Complete submissions will be reviewed by PAR leadership. While your proposal should be thorough, we may reach out during the review process to clarify details or strengthen your session focus.
-
Speaker acceptances will be communicated according to the timeline below, and selected speakers must confirm their intent to participate.
-
Because PAR often receives more strong session ideas than the program can accommodate, some proposals may not be selected for RevUP. When that happens, we may invite you to share your expertise through other channels, such as a webinar or written article.

- Aim to assemble a diverse group of speakers who bring different backgrounds, roles, and viewpoints to the conversation.
- Write your pitch from the attendee’s perspective: What problem are they trying to solve, and what will they walk away with? Include three to five specific learning outcomes that participants can apply immediately.
- When possible, include a brief outline that notes the flow of the session, the order of speakers, and each person’s focus area.
- Consider what resources you will provide to reinforce learning, in addition to the slide deck: A short guide or white paper, or practical tools like checklists, templates, or forms.
- Decide whether and how you will incorporate audience participation (for example, live polling, short exercises, or small-group discussions) to keep the session interactive and outcomes-focused.
