Veronica Diaz, PhD, CAE

Veronica Diaz, PhD, CAE is the Senior Director of Professional Learning and Development and is responsible for the strategy, leadership, and operational oversight of the professional learning and career development activities at EDUCAUSE. Her portfolio includes all the online learning programs, face-to-face leadership programming, mentoring, microcredentialing, corporate learning programs, learning technologies, and professional learning partnerships, currently serving over 20,000 members annually. Veronica has over 14 years of association leadership experience in leading communities, operations, and learning programs. She also has over 12 years of higher education experience, in community colleges and universities serving in teaching, student services, faculty development, and information technology management roles. Through various roles, she’s worked with for-profit service and product providers to partner and add value to her portfolios.
