Ana Leirner

Ana is the senior director, professional learning and education products for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. She leads the professional development and education products (online learning and instructional materials) initiatives at Project Learning Tree (PLT), SFI’s flagship education initiative. Her work, and the work of her team, supports the mission of advancing sustainability by offering instructional materials, training, and professional development opportunities to those working with communities and young people from Preschool through Grade 12 to teach about the environment through the lens of trees and forests.
