Kim Ford is a Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at the National Association of College and University Business Officers ( NACUBO) in Washington, DC.. In this role she facilitates thought leadership and engagement opportunities for business partners while driving non-dues revenue for the association. Prior to joining NACUBO, Kim spent the early part of her career in Information Technology and Project Management working on large system implementation and process design for Fortune 500 companies and software development firms. Her technology and project management background pairs well with her non-profit management and relationship building skills to understand and strategically align business partner goals with association member’s needs. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Non-Profit and Association Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In her spare time, Kim has a passion for community service and is an active volunteer with youth serving organizations.
