He currently leads a $5.1M education and content portfolio at NIGP, spanning credentialed learning, research, leadership development, and in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. In this role, he translates strategy into measurable outcomes by expanding reach, strengthening credential adoption, improving operational efficiency, and aligning learning experiences with the evolving needs of the field. Previously, Todd scaled global learning operations serving tens of thousands of practitioners across nonprofit and enterprise environments. His work has included delivering significant cost savings, driving technology adoption, and supporting large-scale organizational change.
He is especially interested in helping organizations modernize education portfolios, strengthen the connection between learning strategy and business outcomes, and create scalable learning experiences that deliver value for both individuals and institutions.
