Laurent Guinand, PhD

Laurent Guinand, Ph.D., is a loyalty strategy consultant and former association executive with senior leadership experience at AARP and FIA. As the author of Strategic Loyalty and founder of Aramis Advisors, he works with associations and membership organizations to translate commercial loyalty mechanics into sustainable revenue growth. His work sits at the intersection of member value design, revenue architecture, and behavioral engagement strategy. He is also the co-author of The 2026 World's Largest Loyalty Programs. Laurent lives in Chevy Chase, MD with his wife and two children.
