LaTosha McNeal

LaTosha McNeal is the Senior Director of Business Development at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) in Washington, D.C. With tenure since 2007, LaTosha leads strategic initiatives that generate sustainable revenue growth through innovative corporate partnerships and value-aligned collaborations. She also oversees a high performing business development team that enhances the organization's resources and furthers its mission. Prior to joining NACUBO, LaTosha gained valuable experience in the advertising sales department of the Virginian-Pilot Newspaper. Her background in media sales complements her strategic approach to building partnerships and driving organizational success. LaTosha graduated from Virginia State University with a B.A. in Mass Communication. Apart from her work with the association, she has a passion for the performing arts and is trained in vocal music performance. She enjoys singing for various occasions, both in groups and as a solo performer.
