As Senior Sales Manager at the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), he leads a global team overseeing medical education, sponsorship, advertising, and exhibit sales. He has modernized sales operations through automated communication strategies and AI-driven systems, improving responsiveness and customer experience. Ken has also strengthened corporate partnerships, expanded international programming, and led global conferences and training initiatives, including medical missions that bring critical care education to underserved regions.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Ken served for more than 15 years as Hospital Relations Manager at SCCM, where he led global sales and marketing efforts for clinical education programs and professional resources. He developed data-driven strategies using statistical and regression analysis, improved operational processes, and successfully transitioned training programs to scalable online platforms. At Hill-Rom, he delivered strong territory growth, expanded client relationships, and improved overall performance.<\/p>\n<p>Ken began his career in international logistics as Midwest Sales Manager at NSCSA America, managing a multi-state territory and developing long-term client relationships while expanding market presence. He also served as an Economic Research Consultant, contributing to investor materials supporting large-scale maritime acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>Ken is recognized for combining strategic leadership with operational execution, leveraging data, technology, and relationship-building to deliver sustained growth.
