\n\t\t\tQuick Tips\t<\/h2>\n\t

Logistics Planners<\/strong> below provide specific deliverable details based on your sponsorship tier.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Booth Materials:<\/strong> If you can carry your booth materials into the MGM yourself, that is the easiest option. If you need to park and unload materials from your vehicle, print the loading dock permit linked above and bring it with you. If you ship materials to the FedEx Office at MGM, you will need to pick up your packages from the FedEx Office and carry them to the exhibit hall yourself.<\/p>\n

Electricity, Wi-Fi and AV: <\/strong>Basic Wi-Fi is available throughout the conference area, but if your display requires faster or more reliable bandwidth, consider ordering dedicated Wi-Fi for your booth. Charging tables and other outlets will be available for phones and laptops. If your display requires electricity, Encore requires a three-day rental for the duration of RevUP.<\/p>\n

Registrations:<\/strong> Our exhibiting partners are an important part of the RevUP experience. Your exhibit includes full registration and access to all education, networking and events.<\/p>\n

Tables and Chairs:<\/strong> Each exhibit space includes one 6-foot table and two standard chairs. Premier Exhibitors may substitute the 6-foot table for a pub-style table by contacting Chera Howey at chera.howey@mypar.org.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hotel Questions:<\/strong> Please send your hotel questions to chera.howey@mypar.org. Book your hotel rooms as soon as you can to be included in the room block.\u00a0<\/p>\n
